Ines keeps it real sharing conversations with training partners, and close friends discussing Track and Field, relationships and gender equality in sport.
Visions Podcast
Visions podcast hosted by Joshua Tambwe and Destiny Ogali features sport stars in athletics such as Desiree Henry and US Hurdler Daniel Roberts. Destiny and Josh really do their research and come prepared asking thoughtful questions which allow the athletes that they interview to open up and tell their stories. Talking Track
Talking track is hosted by teenage athletes Sam and Jai. They discuss topics such as going to an US university vs UK university and racism within sport from a unique and authentic young person's perspective. Sam's motivation for creating the podcast is to do more outside of sport "Sport isn't everything it's going to end one day so it's important to have another avenue outside of sport." They created this podcast during lockdown as a way to talk about important issues young people face within athletics. These podcasts can be watched on their Instagram.
